If you’ve forgotten your password, here’s what you need to do
Step 1 – On the login page where you type in your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” link instead
Step 2 – Fill in all the required information and click Submit
You should get a new temporary password via email.
HOW TO ENROLL
Gates Banking and Trust Company allows anyone to make an online account by enrolling for their online banking service. How to do just that is explained below.
Step 1 – Under the Login section, click on “First Time User?”
Step 2 – You’ll now be at the terms of use page, scroll down to the very bottom of it and you’ll find the I agree button
Step 3 – Fill in all your personal info, choose your account type and click Submit
You should receive an e-mail when you’re done.
