Reset Forgotten Password

Step 3- Please enter your registered phone number and Username, then click Send me a new password
The bank will send you a new password

Only account holders in Gate City Bank can enroll for the bank’s online banking service. Here are the enrollment steps
Step 1- Please follow the first two steps in the How To Log In section
Step 2- Click the Sign Up button in the NEW USERS section to initiate the enrollment process
Step 3- Please fill in the requested information in the Secure Sign Up form, then click Complete Sign up. Note: Remember to tick both Bill Pay and Terms & Conditions checkboxes
The Bank will validate your information before completing your enrollment.
